Anger Managment.

Do you ever feel angry? I get angry, or upset, which I prefer to call it since it seems less loathsome! It can really make your head spin in an unfortunate figurative way.
Theres different types of anger, there’s just justifiable anger and thoughtless anger, I wouldn’t recommend either because it would be embarrassing and regretful to protrude toward everyone. They wouldn’t look at you the same way they did, plus you’d be wasting time.

Here maybe we can make a list of ways to manage anger would help if you’re having problems controlling it. I’ll just think of a few things to say off the top of my head.

1. Keep your cool. Even if you’re feeling like you can’t hold it just think about something less irrate, like something that makes you happy?!? Thats what I think about.
2. Try to avoid a conflict which would make you angry.
3. Think about things slowly, not fast. You probably get angry easier if you think really fast about things, without second though.
4. be thoughful about everything, everything can’t always go your way.
5. Be nice to others instead of angry. Learn that we’re all human, we make mistakes, we can’t be anger forever over that.
